Riverside Theatre in Vero Beach, FL is a regionally producing theatre affiliated with Actor's Equity Association, The League of Resident Theatres, Stage Directors and Choreographers Society, and United Scenic Artists. Riverside Children's Theatre, the educational arm of Riverside, offers classes, camps, and training opportunities in the areas of theatre, dance, music, and video for all ages on a year round basis.

Food & Beverage

JOB TITLE: Food & Beverage Staff (Hourly-part-time)

REPORTS TO:  Food & Beverage Supervisor

JOB TYPE:  Seasonal with hours worked as needed to meet production goals. Based on the production calendar must be able to work irregular hours, evening hours, long hours and weekend shifts.

DESCRIPTION: There are 3 food & beverage positions: Order Taker-Cashier, Drink Runner, and Food Runner. These 3 positions are interchangeable and you may be asked to do all 3 depending on the need of the event. Take food and drink orders from patrons using quick service ‘square’ software on ipads. Serve drinks and food. Clean/sanitize tables and counters. Shifts available days, nights and weekends. No experience necessary.
Bartender (other position): Knowledge and the ability to make many types of cocktail drink recipes. Experience preferred.

Types of events that you may be required to work:
Comedy Zone (April-December, on Friday & Saturday evenings)
• Live Music in The Loop
(January-December, on Friday & Saturday evenings)
• Musicals & Plays Matinee and Evening shifts at lobby bar & concessions (October-June, on Tuesdays-Sundays)
• Special Events (various dates throughout the year)
